Baked Stuffed Rigatoni

(Rigatoni pasta stuffed with seasoned Ricotta cheese, then mixed with our hearty meat sauce and lots of Mozzarella cheese, and baked to perfection.)

 Italian Stuffed Meatloaf

(Meatloaf made with fresh ground chuck, minced onions, and sweet bell peppers, filled with Mama’s homemade bread crumb stuffing, topped with  a zesty tomato topping and melted mozzarella cheese, served with homemade Cheesy Macaroni.)

 Smothered Beef

(Sirloin Beef tips, sauteed with onions, sweet bell pepper, and mushrooms, then simmered until tender, served in a brown gravy, on a bed of buttered egg noodles.)

 Roasted Pork Tenderloin

(Fresh Pork Tenderloin, lemon pepper  seasoned, braised and slow roasted. Served on a bed of Orzo pasta with Green Beans.)

Hobo Chicken

(Bite size pieces of chicken marinated in Merlot wine, sauteed with sweet bell pepper, diced onions and tomatoes tossed with Penne Pasta.)

Beef Vino Tomate

(Bite size pieces of Sirloin Beef, sweet bell peppers, diced onions, and tomatoes, marinated in Merlot wine, simmered till tender and served on a bed of mezze linguini.)

If this list seems overwhelming, just imagine what we go through every week trying to decide which 3 or 4 we want to serve on Sunday.

The combination choices are almost endless. You can basically pick your pasta, sauce, vegetables and/or meat choices, and create a dish.
