Baked Stuffed Rigatoni

(Rigatoni pasta stuffed with seasoned Ricotta cheese, then mixed with our hearty meat sauce and lots of Mozzarella cheese, and baked to perfection.)

 Italian Stuffed Meatloaf

(Meatloaf made with fresh ground chuck, minced onions, and sweet bell peppers, filled with Mama’s homemade bread crumb stuffing, topped with  a zesty tomato topping and melted mozzarella cheese, served with homemade Cheesy Macaroni.)

The combination choices are almost endless. You can basically pick your pasta, sauce, vegetables and/or meat choices, and create a dish.
